Georgetown’s Green, Hibbert to enter NBA Draft (AP/ESPN)
The Associated Press is reporting that Georgetown University may be losing two of its two key cogs from their NCAA tournament run — Jeff Green and Roy Hibbert have declared themselves eligible for the NBA Draft.
Neither of the juniors will sign with agents and may retain their eligibility should they decide to withdraw before the deadline, June 18.

Tyson to dance in Bollywood film’s promo (AP/SI.com)
Former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson wants to strut his stuff and has taken his moves to a video promoting a Bollywood comedy film. This is further evidence on how far Tyson’s star has fallen (or rising, if you prefer).
The promotional appearance will be filmed in Bolivian India.

Foul tip trauma (Kettering University)
Four Kettering Univ. students were inspired by former catcher Mike Matheny’s retirement due to concussions to conduct a study on the traumatic effects of foul tips in relation to the masks they wear.
Interesting study that needed to be performed on athletes dealing with post-concussion syndrome and hopefully, something similar can be done on football players’ helmets.

Aramis Ramirez out of today’s line-up (Yahoo! Sports)
Aramis Ramirez, off to a good start in the Chicago Cubs’ line-up, was held out of today’s game against the Cincinnati Reds after his right wrist swelled up. The wrist injury dates back to spring training when the third baseman jammed it.
He was sent to a hand specialist for an evaluation.

Argentine soccer legend Diego Maradona was hospitalized in his native country after suffering from abdominal pains, the Associated Press is reporting. The former Boca Junior was hospitalized just two days after being released from a private clinic for treatment of hepatitis.
