Roger Clemens claims trainer injected him with lidocaine, B-12 (AP/Y! Sports)

Using the Miguel Tejada defense, accused PEDs user Roger Clemens revealed in a 60 Minutes interview with Mike Wallace (who just happens to be friends with Yankees owner George Steinbrenner and is a frequent visitor in the owner’s box in the Bronx) that trainer Brian McNamee injected him with lidocaine and…B-12 shots!

“Lidocaine and B-12,” Clemens responded. “It’s for my joints, and B-12 I still take today.”

Rrrrrrrrrrrrright.  We hope that McNamee goes through some lawsuits like his lawyer is claiming.

Cameron’s firing continues Miami’s upheaval under Parcells (AP/ESPN)

After “leading” the Miami Dolphins to their worst season in franchise history, head coach Cam Cameron was given his walking papers by new boss Bill Parcells Thursday.

This firing of Cameron is the first dismissal of a head coach by the Dolphins in 37 years.

The early front-runner to replace Cameron is Cowboys assistant head coach Tony Sparano.

Cameron may not be out of work for long as the San Francisco 49ers may be interested in his services as an offensive coordinator.
